Business Name Change: For business name changes, include a letter on your company's letterhead requesting the change. Ensure the letter specifies both the corporation and personal names, along with corresponding addresses and emails. Personal Name Change: If you are requesting a personal name change, please include the updated personal names, addresses, and emails in your email request.
